Driven Auto Care (Walt's Automotive and Air Conditioning)

Wow Driven Auto Care is changing the game. No stereotypes here. This is the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic shop in years!! Excellent customer service in both San Ramon and especially Campbell! Erik is very kind and attentive to details. Bin did most of the work and I feel safe on the road now becuz of these guys..My vehicle runs great and everything fixed works perfect! It’s amazing cuz it’s an 89 YJ. I couldn’t be any happier. I’m not kidding, don’t think twice - especially if you’re a woman.

I started going to Driven Auto Care in Campbell after a bad experience at the Subaru service at the dealership. Erik is very transparent about the work my outback needs and what’s urgent versus can do in a couple months. They even did a diagnostic check on an issue with my Outback for free which is usually hard to find these days. I highly recommend.

DAC has a super knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive staff. I took my wife’s car in for some routine maintenance and other issues with the car. They are super quick and transparent with any and all services that are needed/required and patient with any questions you may have. A bonus is that they have a clean waiting room with snacks. I would highly recommend DAC to anyone.

So glad I found this place! Erik and the rest of the team is super knowledgeable about cars. The shop is so clean and I really enjoyed getting a thorough inspection with photos of what they recommended to be serviced. Highly recommend you bring your car here.

The first thing you’ll notice is how well-maintained the garage is - clean and organized, even while the mechanics are working. The AC in my car was completely broken. Mick had it working to ice cold perfection in one day, despite having to order parts. Erik kept me updated, and the process was smooth from start to finish!
