I started going to Driven Auto Care in Campbell after a bad experience at the Subaru service at the dealership. Erik is very transparent about the work my outback needs and what’s urgent versus can do in a couple months. They even did a diagnostic check on an issue with my Outback for free which is usually hard to find these days. I highly recommend.

DAC has a super knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive staff. I took my wife’s car in for some routine maintenance and other issues with the car. They are super quick and transparent with any and all services that are needed/required and patient with any questions you may have. A bonus is that they have a clean waiting room with snacks. I would highly recommend DAC to anyone.

The first thing you’ll notice is how well-maintained the garage is - clean and organized, even while the mechanics are working. The AC in my car was completely broken. Mick had it working to ice cold perfection in one day, despite having to order parts. Erik kept me updated, and the process was smooth from start to finish!
