... they truly deserve more thabmn five stars, as they provide much more to their customers than you would expect. OK, competence professionalism, kindness and service dedication should be normal. But they even make things happen which officially certified Volkswagen dealers cannot or refuse to do. I am from Germany amd shipped my German VW Crafter to the U.S.. This model is not sold in the United States, so more than a dozen Volkswagen dealers said "no" to a routine oil service. They claimed my VIN is not in their database. That turned out to be not true. Only Peninsula was able to order the necessary oil filter. They literally saved my journey. Thank you very much!

They contacted me when my quote was ready and also sent me a thank you card after my visit which I thought was very classy. Competent. Honest. Fair. I've enlisted this shop for two separate (unrelated) repairs, and in both instances I was 110% satisfied. Customer service was friendly, but more importantly for me the work was done correctly and the cost was fair for what had to be done. They specialize in VW, however I'd feel confident taking any make to them that they'd be willing to work on. Highly recommended.

Peninsula Automotive is my go to shop! I bought a 1971 Type 2 Bay Window Bus a few years ago and it had a ton of problems. Peninsula helped me get the bus up and running well. Most recently they installed a WagensWest drop kit on the bus too. Mikah and Dave are awesome and great to work with. VW owners always have a list of things they want to do to their vehicles and I look forward to working with Peninsula Automotive to get them all done.
