America's Tire

This review is long overdue as I have had 5 nails in my tires in the past 12 months. A couple of times I went right when this shop opened at 8am, and I was out by 8:45am whether it was a patch or tire replacement. I went this past week and it was the same quick, courteous service. Tire issues are a pain, but this shop and all the employees who have helped me each time have been great!

I was blown away with the service they provide. I had a slow leak on one of my tires that used to go flat tire every other day. I took it here as a walk in. They checked me in and within 45 minutes had patched up my tire. Best of all when I asked how much the guy said its FREE. I couldn't believe it. I asked him again and he reconfirmed that there is no charge. This really made my day. These guys are really nice to deal with and provide excellent service. Its definitely my go to place now for Tires.

It’s Friday, I got off of work in Palo Alto cruising toward the Pruneyard on 280, and experienced my first flat tire ! I pulled off the freeway, and to my right was America’s Tire, and this is not where I purchased my tires. I pulled in, and Destiny was super awesome. She was quick and compassionate as well as tire savvy! I arrived here 2 minutes before closing, they are putting a new tire on for me at an awesome price as I write this. Talk about excellent Customer Service these guys rock! The next time I get new tires, I am definitely coming here. It’s challenging to find human beings that really do care and put out the effort to be helpful. She could’ve said hey we’re closing call a tow tr…

I purchased these Method Race Wheels six months ago, and they were in perfect condition before a recent tire installation. After the tire installation, I noticed multiple scratches and rubber residue on the wheels, which were caused by the tire install machine. I disputed the shop's claim that I curbed the wheels, as the previous tires extended beyond the wheel edge, preventing road contact. I advised against recommending the shop due to this experience.

Diego provided excellent service and quickly helped resolve my car issue. I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and explained that my passenger rear tire was losing air, triggering the low tire pressure light. In just an hour, the problem was fixed! The service was fast, reliable, and efficient. I would definitely return and highly recommend them!
